DESCRIPTION

Queen Elizabeth national park was founded in 1952 as kazinga national park and later changed to queen Elizabeth national park after two years. The park in 1978kmsq and it lies in the great rift valley. The park passes around 95 species of animals and 600 species of birds and lies around 900m t0 1350m ab0ve sea level.

Day 1: Travel to Queen Elizabeth National park.

You will be picked up from your lodge or airport and drive south words to Queen Elizabeth national park. Crossing the equator you will have a stopover and take photos and after have an equator experience and explanation. After we proceed through the ascending hills of ankole long horned cattle which are specifically known for this region.

We also expect to see animals like the zebras and impalas that move from Lake Mburo national park. Have lunch in Mbarara which is Uganda’s 2nd biggest city ascending in to the fore hills of Rubirizi. Have a glance in to the beautiful tea plantations and the beautiful craters until we reach our destination of Queen Elizabeth national park.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat ride on the kazinga channel.

After breakfast, we start our day with a game drive in kisenyi sector queen Elizabeth national park were we expect to see animals like the lions, leopards, hyenas, kobs, buffaloes, elephants, water barks, warthogs and many others.

After we shall have a crater drive where we expect to enjoy the scenic view of the crater lakes of the park. This will leave not the same, as your dream of adventure will come true after viewing these endless beautiful lakes and other explosions. Have lunch at the peninsular were we expect to have the boat on kazinga channel that connects the two lakes of lake Edward and lake George. On the boat we expect to see a great number of hippos, crocodile, monitor lizards, old buffaloes that keep on the banks of the lake and even other animals that come to drink water which gives you a chance to see a number of animals. We also expect to see a variety of birds as the park has a great number of birds. We expect to see bird like the pelicans, African fish eagles, king fishers, plovers, and thickness, egrets and many others.

Day 3:  Transfer back to Entebbe or Kampala

End of the tour and drive back to our departure.
